Kibris Kadayif is a home-made sweet produce daily in the hygienic kitchen atmosphere in Northern Cyprus. The founder and the chef of this delicious sweet is Mrs Bilgin Muezzinoglu. She has been baking this desert for over 25 years for her family, friends and relatives. "Kibris Kadayif" idea only came out in mid 2002 when one of the family members offered to sell Kadayif's at his local market. 

Today "Kibris Kadayif" can be found in any market all over the island. This success gave us confidence to enlarge our market and we are currently accepting overseas orders as well. 

The preparation process of this delicious sweet is as follows:

2) We call you back to confirm the order and take your delivery details. 
Delivery within Nicosia borders is free.

3) We start your Kadayif as soon as we confirm your details.
We cook your Kibris Kadayif by preparing first it's syrup, then adding almonds, walnuts and all the other necessary items.  
 
Although it sounds so easy the secret of that sweet lies into it's preparation. Our special formula gives that sweet Kibris Kadayif originality.

 

3) Once everything completed we call you and deliver your "Kibris Kadayif" to your delivery address within the same day.
