Kibris Kadayif Preparation 

 

 

Kibris Kadayif is a home-made sweet that produce daily in the hygienic kitchen atmosphere. The founder and the chef of this delicious sweet is Mrs Bilgin Muezzinoglu. 

Untill 2002 Mrs Muezzinoglu only made Kadayifs for her family friends and relatives. The "Kibris Kadayif" production idea came out in 2002 when one of the family members offered to sell Kadayif's at his market. Today "Kibris Kadayif" can be found in any shop in Northern Cyprus.
